Placing Your Order
Placing an order with us is easy. There's no
need to register or create an account
first.
Simply browse through our web site and
find the products you are interested in
purchasing. Then click the “Buy” button to add the
item to your shopping cart.
Please check our
contact information below. We may also be able to
accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. We may also
accept credit cards. Look for the Visa/Mastercard logos
on our site to use your credit card as
payment.
Personal checks may be held up to 10
business days for clearance.
Order Processing
Depending on how you place your order, you
should receive your order within 7-10 business days
from the date you placed your order. Rush Delivery
is available for an extra fee. Credit Card orders
processed by PayPal®.

Shipping Rates
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment.
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option.
It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when
placing your order.
If you select a One-Day or
Two-Day Shipping option, we may use air or ground
shipping as necessary to get your items to you within
the promised time frame.
Other Shipping
Considerations:
- Items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
addresses
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes,
International addresses and APO/FPO addresses may take
longer than 7-10 days for delivery.
- Signature upon delivery required for shipments
over $200
Returns
You may return items within 30 Days of delivery
for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping
cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note
that we are unable to exchange items (unless you
received a damaged, defective, or incorrect
item.
Our standard policy is to accept most
returns within 30 Days from the date of delivery.
However, we understand that many customers like to order
holiday gifts early, and so we have extended our returns
period for the holidays.
Unless otherwise
specified in our guarantees, software products must be
unopened and still in their plastic
wrap.

necessary)
Apple® Macintosh
Our CD-ROM products are currently not known to
be operational on the Apple® Macintosh
platform.
